My Experience

My work brings together psychology, psychometric testing, pediatric behavioral health, autism and ADHD support, crisis-informed care, advocacy, and neurodiversity leadership.

A Multidisciplinary Foundation

It Started With Healthcare.

I began in healthcare before moving into psychology and behavioral science. That foundation shaped the way I approach people today: with attention to the whole person, not just a diagnosis, test score, behavior, or label.

Why I Do This Work

Work With The Mind, Not Against It.

My goal is to help people live happy, successful, fulfilling lives while understanding and embracing the way their minds work.

Neurodivergence does not have to be the end of your story. When you learn how to work with your mind instead of constantly fighting against it, you can build confidence, create strategies that actually fit you, recognize your strengths, and do beautiful things with your life.

I know how powerful the right support, understanding, resources, and community can be. My role is to help people find that clarity, better understand themselves, identify what support may help, and unlock what is possible for them.

When it is meaningful to the person I am working with, I can also thoughtfully make space for faith and spiritual values as part of conversations around identity, purpose, resilience, and support.

I want people to leave my work feeling more hopeful, more capable, and more equipped to build a life that works for who they actually are.

My Professional Journey

Experience That Built On Experience

The strongest parts of my background sit at the intersection of psychology, pediatric care, neurodiversity, and advocacy.

Nationwide Children's Hospital

Pediatric Healthcare · Behavioral Health

I worked at Nationwide Children's Hospital as a Patient Access Representative, supporting patients, families, and the daily operations of a major pediatric healthcare system.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also supported staffing needs within the Behavioral Health Pavilion, including work around pediatric behavioral-health and suicide-risk environments.

I was also recognized as Employee of the Month.

IEP, 504 & Educational Support

Accommodations · Student Support · Family Guidance

I understand how IEPs, Section 504 plans, accommodations, student needs, and educational supports can intersect with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and mental health.

I can help individuals and families better understand these systems, prepare questions, identify possible supports, and navigate next steps.

What I Do Today

I Help People Find Clarity, Support & Direction.

Today, I bring psychology, psychometric testing, behavioral health, neurodiversity, educational support, advocacy, accessibility, and lived experience together to help people better understand themselves and identify practical next steps.

My work can include testing support, psychoeducation, resource navigation, accommodations, preparation for professional conversations, and helping individuals and families make sense of complex information in a more human and accessible way.

Reach · Media · Community

This Work Has Grown Far Beyond One-On-One Support.

My work in neurodiversity, mental health, self-worth, accessibility, and suicide prevention has led to opportunities to educate and advocate across television, radio, public speaking, media, and social platforms. I have built a community of more than 127,000 people across social media, and that reach has grown from the same purpose that has guided my work from the beginning: helping people feel more understood, informed, supported, and less alone.

Why I Care So Deeply

This Is More Than My Work. It Is My Passion.

What makes my perspective different is that I also bring lived experience to much of the work I do. I understand what it can feel like to need answers, support, resources, understanding, community, and people who genuinely see the person behind the diagnosis, behavior, or concern.

Receiving the right support had a profound impact on my own life. It helped me better understand myself, build confidence, create, advocate, lead, and move forward with greater clarity. Today I am the founder of NDVerse, I lead Eleable, I speak publicly, I advocate, I create resources, and I use everything I have learned to help other people find support that can change their lives too.

My work is deeply purpose-driven and rooted in love, inclusion, compassion, dignity, and respect for the whole person. For people who want faith to be part of the conversation, I can also draw from my Christian faith as part of a supportive, person-centered approach.

What My Experience Taught Me

People Are More Than Symptoms, Scores & Diagnoses.

Healthcare taught me to care for the person. Behavioral health taught me to look beyond behavior. Psychology taught me to understand the mind. Understanding educational supports has shown me how important it is for information about a person's needs to translate into practical accommodations, communication, and support in everyday life. Autism-community leadership taught me the importance of long-term resources and connection. Building NDVerse taught me how essential it is to bring information, support, advocacy, and community together.

Professional Experience + Human Understanding

My Work Has Always Centered Around People.

From nursing and pediatric healthcare to behavioral health, crisis support, psychology, psychometry, autism and ADHD support, educational accommodations and family guidance, autism-community leadership, nonprofit leadership, and neurodiversity advocacy, the common thread throughout my experience has remained the same: understanding people more deeply and helping them feel supported, informed, respected, and seen.
